Using state-of-the- art technology provides remote security services by replacing the physical presence of security staff with services of remote monitoring, remote doorman and remote concierge. The control room is essential to the organization and very high levels of customer service and security provision are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the security control room on a continuous 24hr/ 7day basis.
  • The technology used is key and requires a depth of knowledge of integrated security platforms as well as the integral component parts (e.g. CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, etc.) together with the management and monitoring thereof.
  • Continuous analysis of the technology used and proposals directly to the shareholders for improving’s and best practices.
  • Flexible hours and will require working some nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations;
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job;
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.

Qualification:

  • Preferable graduates or senior undergraduates in computer science, computer engineer or relative;
  • Good communication skill and willingness to work together with other people;
  • Self-discipline in order to finish work on a timely basis.
  • Must be available to work set shifts and cover alternate shifts when necessary.
